30-Day Free Returns
At Monsoon Pacific, we want you to love your new furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return before shipment (Orders can be cancelled before shipment as long as the shipment hasn't left our facility)
- Request cancellation through the order information email you received.

How to Initiate a Return after shipment

- Shipping Label: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Authorization: Do not send the product back without our prior authorization.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued after the product is received and inspected.
Conditions for Return
- Usage: The return policy is void if the product was used in a manner violating its intended 'Residential Use Only'.
- Alterations: Products that have been modified or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Damage Claims: If the product or packaging is damaged during shipping, please provide photos so we can make a claim with the shipping provider.
