Conditions for Return

  • Usage: The return policy is void if the product was used in a manner violating its intended 'Residential Use Only'.
  • Alterations: Products that have been modified or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Damage Claims: If the product or packaging is damaged during shipping, please provide photos so we can make a claim with the shipping provider.
